Description:

momstown kids and parents get busy in the kitchen creating their own mini meals in our hands-on cooking program called Junior Chef. Imagine making snowballs and not even having to put on your snowpants!

Thanks to Yummy Mummy for giving us the idea. They actually call it "The Easiest Cookie You Didn't Have to Bake" and we couldn't agree more!

Ingredients:

1/4 cup virgin coconut oil
1 cup icing sugar
1 cup unsweetened coconut

Melt the coconut oil (I put it in a bowl of hot water)

Stir in icing sugar and coconut flakes

Scoop out by tablespoon and roll into balls

Add more coconut flakes for decoration as needed

Be prepared for a sugar rush!
