Everyone uses the leading brands of diapers, and no-name as well because of their great price. We all love that Walmart Canada price matches AND delivers for FREE when ordering on-line. We are pleased to see that Walmart has cloth diapers too!
All moms use travel packaged wipes for their diaper bags, but when at home, who has tried good old soapy water?
To cure a diaper rash, everyone uses all kinds of diaper rash creams, ranging from brand name to no-name and home remedies including cornstarch, olive oil, vaseline and good old fashioned sunshine. Give baby plenty of tummy time to air out a diaper rash – a 2 in 1 experience!
Then we asked the questions…
Where do you keep wipes?
Answers: by the changetable, in the bathroom, in the car, diaper bag, wherever you’re potty training a toddler, and pretty much every room in the house!
What do you use wipes for, besides baby’s bottom?
Clothing, carpets, furniture, and most body parts. They’re used to wipe off tables when eating out and the stroller tray. One mom even used a wipe on a deodorant stain and it came out. They’re handy to have for everyday household cleaning & for wiping sticky hands in the car. Oh, and if you have a dog…enough said!
What’s in your diaper bag?
Besides diapers, wipes, cream and bottles, here’s what our moms take with them to make an outing enjoyable:
Nursing cover, burping cloth, changing pad, receiving blanket, washcloth, small toys, very warm water for warming up a bottle & a camera for catching those cute faces. And not one but 2 changes of clothes, perhaps even a second shirt for mom!
Moms of older kids like to have small toys to keep the tots occupied, a snack and of course a drink such as a sippy cup or bottled water for mom.
A pair of socks is handy to have because momstown visits the indoor playlands so often! Oh, and don’t forget the extra soother!
Momstown Brampton moms were thrilled to receive a travel package of Huggies, Pampers and Parent’s Choice wipes in their loot bags and a $5 coupon toward Parent’s Choice diapers.
Our lucky winners took home a case of Huggies Little Mover Slip-On diapers, a package of Pampers Swaddlers diapers and Penaten diaper rash cream in tins and tubes.
