500 mls half & half, 1 litre homogenized milk
In a separate bowl beat egg yolks until thick, add sugar, mix thoroughly, then put in big serving bowl (punch bowl?) and add milk and ice cream and stir well.
In a separate bowl beat egg whites until stiff, add salt & fold into milk mixture. Sprinkle with nutmeg and add a little you-know-what to make it extra special.
