The format is simple: Brampton moms contribute to the pot, then will spend the next month eating better, exercising more, and just making healthier choices all round.
Although there is more to good health than simply weight loss, we are using that as our measure in this particular challenge: lose at least 4% of your starting weight by the end of the challenge, and win a share of the pot! We will work together and motivate each other!

The Ideal Mom program devised by Beena Guide is helping us to make sensible eating choices and getting moms on the path to healthy meal planning.
Bootcamps, nutritional events and stroller workouts are being organized as well as the moral support each member brings to the group. These women receive support from each other and working towards a common goal makes us all accountable!
The final weigh-in date is in February so let's do this together!
